Prosperity Of Life

The message on a crumbled up piece of paper,
Still valid to those it doesn't cater,
The wisdom of a nameless face,
A part to play no chess piece out of place,
Only measured by the evidence of time,
To ignore this fact would be a regrettable crime,
The mysteries still swirling from the unexpected,
The ones with a past avoid intimacy to stay protected,
Brick by brick the wall was resurrected,
To view the actions of one who has reflected,
With every memory lessons to be learnt,
Reveal the arson to every bridge engulfed and burnt,
Jigsaw puzzles of mistakes made in a mind,
Incomplete searching for a piece sent to remind,
Beauty transpires for another to know,
Every lesson allowing one to surely show,
Shrouded in shadows the one who can't let go,
Of a past that's filled with many yes's but one no,
Missed opportunities playing tug of war,
With a fragile mind trying to even the score,
The web of negativity becomes easy to cling to,
Self acceptance required to start a new,
Words are the weapons of choice for society,
Those who focus on insecurities create needless anxiety,
Yesterday's past fixated on sorrow,
The necessary things one can't lend or borrow,
To walk the path of solitude,
Requires an individual attitude,
The ideals of life too unclear to see,
The river of life for its water runs free,
To remove negative stigma releases one of captivity,
The made up chains of broken subjectivity.
Results from an unstable past,
Finally some clarity at last.
